Mike has been in the insurance business for over thirty years. He has also been in banking for twenty five years, has been a tax consultant for over thirty years, and a cattle farmer forever. Mike has served four terms as a county board member and was the high school golf coach for seven years.
Dusty graduated in the top two of her class at BCHS in 1996. She joined Yingling & Nuessen in 1997 as a general Customer Service Representative. For the past ten years Dusty has specialized in marketing and servicing commercial insurance along with managing the Agency Management System for Yingling & Nuessen and affiliated offices. Dusty has attended various company schools on commercial insurance and internal agency accounting. Dusty has served the community as a member of the Brown County Library Board. After proving her value to the organization, she was named Partner in 2009. Her hobbies include golf, exercise classes at the Y, and watching movies with her husband Bob.
Mindy graduated from Brown County High School and from Western Illinois University. She has worked in two other agencies for the past six years, mainly as a commercial customer service representative. She joined Yingling & Nuessen in January of 2011. Mindy enjoys working out and doing all sorts of outdoor activities.
Lucas graduating from Brown County High school in 1999 and from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana in 2003. Lucas has been a financial services representative for the last 10 years and joined Yingling and Nuessen in 2017. He specializes in helping his clients prepare and save for retirement. He works with 401k plans, IRAs, college education funds, and other investment funds to help our clients reach their goals. Lucas also handles our life, disability, and long term care insurance side of the business.
Lucas and his wife Jenny have identical twin daughters that keep them very active. In his free time, he enjoys golf, working out, and spending time with his family on their family farm.
Aimee graduated from BCHS in 2012 and then went to play softball at Blackburn College for 2 years. After that, she worked at Dot for almost a year and then went to Brown County State Bank for a year and a half as a teller. Aimee started at Y & N in Sept. of 2016. and she enjoys being outdoors, running, golf & spending time with family & friends.
Jamie graduated from BCHS in 1999 and Ozark Christian College in 2003. She then spent 3 years teaching ESL to college students in China. From the big kids, she moved to teaching Chinese and Korean kindergarteners in Nanjing, China for 9 years. She moved back to the United States in July of 2016, joining Y & N in July of 2017. Jamie enjoys reading and keeping in contact with friends around the U.S. and overseas. She also works in children’s programming at Timewell Baptist Church, which she enjoys a lot. Jamie is on duty at the front desk to take payments, answer questions on your home and car policies and direct you to who you need to see or talk with otherwise.
